Bring your latest developments to the stage with Industry Corner Presentations — short, high-impact talks delivered in the PM Forum, right inside the exhibition area, where technical exchange meets real networking.
Format: presentation slot includes 15 minutes for the talk, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session

Hungexpo Congress Centre Information
General information about Exhibiting in Budapest can be found below. Any queries or onsite orders for the Centre can be managed below.
Shell Scheme Exhibitor Information
Our shell scheme stands will be built by Hungexpo. The details below can help outline your stand design, order furniture, or customise your design with their bespoke offering.
You can submit any enquiries directly using the email address above.
Included with a 9m2 stand:
- Aluminium frame and wall panels
- Fascia board with company name
- Company profile on the Euro PM2026 Website
- Bespoke promotional Euro PM2026 social media graphics to promote your attendance
- Stand Carpeting in grey. Alternative colours can be ordered from the Hungexpo.
- One EU electric connection
- Two LED spotlights
- Daily Stand Cleaning (emptying waste baskets, vacuum cleaning)
- Two Exhibition Personnel Registrations
- Two Technical Session Vouchers (not suitable for presenting authors – a delegate registration is required for this)
Please note – no furniture is included with your stand reservation. Please order this directly if desired by selecting from the catalogue below.

Shell Scheme Stand Dressing Times:
Sunday 11 October – 15:00 – 17:00
Monday 12 October – 09:00 – 11:00
Dismantling Times:
Wednesday 14 October – 16:00 – 18:00
Please note – all times are subject to change at this early stage. All items left on your stand after 18:00 will be deemed as waste and disposed of by the Congress Centre at your own cost. Please ensure all shipments are collected prior to 18:00, this can be arranged with EFM Logistics.
Catering
Coffee breaks take place regularly throughout the event, and drinks are always available between these times from vendors just outside the exhibition hall.
Stand Dismantling Times:
Wednesday 14 October – 17:00 – 24:00 (The hall not be accessible after this time)
Please note – all times are subject to change at this early stage. All items left in the hall after will be deemed as waste and disposed of by the Congress Centre at your own cost. Please ensure all shipments are collected, this can be arranged with EFM Logistics.

Sunday 11 October – Welcome Reception – 17:00 – 18:30 (Tickets required)
Monday 12 October – Exhibition & Poster Area Opens – 11:00 – 17:30
Poster Reception – 17:30 – 19:30 (Free for all attendees to join)
Tuesday 13 October – Exhibition Opens – 09:00 – 17:00
Wednesday 14 October – Exhibition Opens – 09:00 – 16:00

Each 9m2 stand will receive two free registrations for the exhibition.
