AUTHOR / SESSION CHAIR
Reduced registration fees are available for presenting authors and session chairs.
• Co-authors must register at the standard congress rate.
• The registration deadline for presenting authors is 3 July 2026.
• Inclusion of papers in the final programme and the congress proceedings is conditional upon receipt of both registration and full payment by this date.

EPMA MEMBER
Members of the European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) benefit from discounted registration fees.
The discount applies to Employees of Full, Associate and Affiliate member companies and Individual EPMA members

STUDENT
The student registration package includes:
• Access to all technical sessions
• Access to the Special Interest Seminars
• Lunches and refreshment breaks
• Welcome Reception
Proof of valid student status is required.
Tickets for the Congress Dinner may be purchased separately, subject to availability.

EXHIBITION VISITOR
Access to the exhibition is complimentary, but registration is mandatory to receive a badge onsite.
Exhibition visitor registration includes:
• Access to the exhibition area
• Refreshment breaks
• Access to PM Forum activities
Optional tickets for social events (lunches, Welcome Reception, Congress Dinner) may be purchased separately, subject to availability.

Exclusive Bonus – Free Technical Session Access
On Monday afternoon (12 October), exhibition visitors are invited to attend one complimentary technical session.
Simply visit the EPMA stand in the exhibition and present your badge to receive your session access.
This offer is valid for one session per visitor and only on Monday afternoon.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment can be made by credit card and bank transfer
Please note bank transfer payments will not be accepted after 30 September 2026.
All fees are subject to Hungarian VAT (27%).

VAT APPLICATION ON CONGRESS REGISTRATION
The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA), established in France, confirms that VAT must be applied according to the location of the event.
As EURO PM2026 will take place in Hungary, Hungarian VAT at the standard rate of 27% will be charged on all registration fees.
AIM Group International, acting on behalf of EPMA as the official registration management partner, is responsible for issuing congress invoices and is therefore required to apply Hungarian VAT in compliance with local tax regulations. EPMA’s Hungarian VAT number will be included on all invoices.

ADDITIONAL LUNCH & SOCIAL EVENT TICKETS
Access to lunches and social events included in your registration package will be linked to the QR code on your badge.
Additional tickets may be purchased during the online registration process.
Onsite purchases may be available but are strictly subject to availability and may incur an onsite fee.
Lunches at Euro PM2026 will be served buffet-style, giving you flexibility and plenty of time to network and explore the exhibition and PM Forum activities.

Please note:
• Student registrations and exhibition visitor registrations are not eligible for the additional group discount.
• Exhibition visitors are not counted toward the minimum number required for group registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to: registrationpm@oic.it
Cancellations received up to and including 11 August 2026 will be refunded minus a 15% administrative fee. After 11 August 2026, no refunds will be possible.

VISA REQUESTS
Participants requiring a visa may request an official Letter of Invitation during the online registration process. Letters are issued for visa purposes only and do not imply financial support. Fee: €10
