Deadline to apply: 12 June 2026

Relaxed, focused, and full of insight

Real-life strategy to reach your goals.

Organized during the Euro PM2026 Congress & Exhibition, Campfire Meetings offer a unique, informal setting for in-depth discussions on specific Powder Metallurgy topics. Small in size but big in content, each session lasts 30 minutes and encourages active participation and knowledge sharing.

Submit a Topic

If you have a topic you’re passionate about, you can submit it through the Call for Topics to lead a discussion during an allocated time slot.

  • Submissions will be assessed, and successful proposals will be assigned a place in the programme.

  • Confirmation of accepted topics will be sent by email in early July and included in the Technical Programme.

How It Works

Real-life strategy to reach your goals.

  • Facilitated Discussions: Each Campfire Meeting is led by a facilitator to focus the conversation and allow participants to share expertise and insights.

  • No IT/AV Equipment: Sessions are informal, relying solely on discussion — no slides, projectors, or other AV tools.

  • Open to All Participants: All congress attendees are welcome to join and contribute.

Confirmed Campfire Meetings will appear in the Euro PM2026 programme. They will also be available in the Euro PM2026 Mobile App, allowing you to add them to your onsite schedule and plan your participation.
